looks like the drivers of shanghai's taxis can act like nutcases, but unfortunately the passengers cannot.

Sounds about right...
Drunkards are banned from taxis is a pretty good idea considering it cuts off the chance of a person boarding a taxi with the stentch of vomit :P
Good thing they don't have such rules in Thailand. For drivers or passengers :)
