thar be errors!

"java.net.connectexception: connection timed out" is all i have been seeing since early december when trying to upload anything using blogger. no changes were made on my side- blogger has simply stopped working. repeated mails to blogger have come back with automated responses not related to this issue. so until blogger gets their act together, this website will be very very quiet.
